Julie Ottilie-Jones

Specialist Employment Adviser

I have over 30 years experience of working closely with individuals, employers, employees and self-employed people with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health issues to enable them to gain and maintain employment.

I have been self-employed for the last six years and the majority of my work is through the Government funded DWP Access to Work programme. Prior to this I worked for 10 years in the Jobcentre in Gloucester and Swansea, followed by 17 years with the Welsh Initiative for Supported Employment based in Swansea.

In my current role I support neurodiverse individuals in the workplace, to enable them to maintain their employment through the development of coping strategies, staff awareness training and intensive one to one support.
